Edible Offerings

As a standard upgrading to your tasting, we offer the Salumi board option below. If you’d like to request a picnic or other catering, please send us an email to discuss.

Journeyman Meats Salumi Board, $50

Six selections of house-made salumi served with pickled veggies, local cheese, and crostini. Generously serves 2-4 guests

Please allow 60 minutes for your appointment. We welcome groups of up to 10 people, and can work with you to customize your tasting to whatever will make your experience the most enjoyable for you.

Because of our small size and limited production, tasting fees act as insurance that our wine and staff expenses are partially covered for the tasting.

Gros Ventre wine club members receive complimentary tastings (along with other goodness). Join the Gros Ventre Wine Club, and your tasting is on us. (up to four waived fees per membership)

We require a credit card to hold your reservation and 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. We request that parties of 2 do not share one tasting, due to the high costs of hosting a personalized tasting for one. For larger groups, we can be more accommodating. Thank you for understanding!
